- DCSO reports and sheriff records: contact the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Center, 3601 North 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68116, 402-444-6641; confirm counter hours before visiting
- Booking and county jail records: contact Douglas County Corrections, 710 South 17th Street, Omaha, NE 68102, 402-444-7400
- Nebraska RAP records: contact the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division at 402-479-4971
- Police incident reports: request the record from the agency that created it, such as Omaha Police rather than DCSO for an Omaha event
The court clerks and DCSO do not share one records counter. Call the published number first if the record holder or current visit procedure is uncertain.
